• Season rates are $145 to $225 per night for a double room

• We honor the government rate for government related travel.

• Prepayment is required for one night's lodging to guarantee your reservation. Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. VISA, Discover, American Express, Master Card are accepted.

• Minimum stay requirements may apply during certain times

• Reservations cancelled more than 14 days (28 days for Road Race weekend) prior to anticipated arrival will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 per room. Cancellations made 14 days or less of scheduled arrival will be refunded based on re-rental of the room for the nights reserved, less the cancellation fee.

• Rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations; MA state and local Falmouth taxes are additional.

• Normal check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, if your anticipated arrival time falls outside of these hours please contact us so we can make arrangements.

• Check-out time is 11:00 am.
